The Lead Waiter will oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent service and coordination among the team. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing table assignments, supervising waitstaff, and maintaining a high standard of food and beverage service. The Lead Waiter will also assist in fostering a positive dining atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Sommelier
Sommelier, based in London. The Sommelier will be responsible for curating wine pairings to complement the restaurant's yakitori offerings, managing the wine & Sake selection, and providing expert recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Additional responsibilities include overseeing wine & Sake sales, maintaining stock, and collaborating with the food and beverage team. The Sommelier will also engage with guests, communicate effectively, and ensure excellent service standards.
