Beak-to-tail yakitori over Japanese binchotan at one counter, Edomae sushi cut to order at the other, and a single room between them.

Take the room and the evening is built around your table: the kitchen cooks for your party alone, and the counters become part of the room rather than seats for other guests.

What to know

Menus
Set menus for the table, or the chef's omakase at the counter. Festive menus — ask us.
Dietary needs
Tell us every guest's allergies and requirements; they are recorded on your booking and the kitchen works from them.
Invoicing
A company VAT invoice, with your purchase-order number on it — give it to us when you book.
Timing
Lunch 12:00 – 14:30, Monday to Friday · dinner from 18:00, Monday to Saturday.

Before you ask

What is a minimum spend?
For exclusive use of a space, the party spends at least an agreed amount on food and drink: £3,000 for the ground floor, £1,500 for Brass Dove. The minimum spend for your date is confirmed with your quote.
Is there a service charge?
It is set out, with the minimum spend, in the quote for your date — nothing is added that you have not seen first.
Can we celebrate something?
Tell us what the occasion is when you enquire, and we will talk you through what we can do for it.
Is the room accessible?
If anyone in your party has access needs, tell us when you enquire and we will walk you through the room and the way in before you book.
Can we change our numbers?
Tell us as early as you can. We will confirm what is possible for your date when we send the quote.
